A Study on Mental Health State of College Students

Abstract
|
|
|
The purpose of this study was to identify mental health of nursing students of junior college. First grade students and third grade students of Nursing junior college were subject to this study.
The subjects of this study were 25 nursing students.
The instruments used for this study were Ko-Sung Heels contents of korean mental health.
The data was analyzed statistically through SPSS/PC+ program. The results of the study were as follows:
1. Mental health score of the third-year students showed higher than those of the first-year students (t= -3.16, p= .002).
2. Mental health. score showed a statistically significant difference in religion (F= 3.9900, P= .0087), satisfaction of school life (F= 23.8764, P= .0000), satisfaction of nursing department (F= 16.9890, P=.0000), perception of health (F= 5. 1317, P= .0067).
